1. Introduction

By using Flowboard360, you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, these terms and conditions.

2. Agreement to Terms and Conditions

This Agreement takes effect on the date on which you first use the Flowboard360 application.

3. One-Time Purchase Software License

The Flowboard360 Software License provides access to the Flowboard360 dashboard software through a single purchase, granting users perpetual access to its comprehensive functionalities. Designed for agencies and businesses managing Flowise chatbots, Flowboard360 enables users to track, manage, and analyze their chatbot performance through a unified dashboard.

This license involves a straightforward one-time payment, with no recurring fees or subscriptions. However, the following restrictions apply:

• Each license is valid for use by a single business entity or agency only
• Additional licenses must be purchased for use in separate businesses, even if owned by the same individual or company
• Redistribution, resale, or white-labeling of the software is strictly prohibited
• The software may not be shared, sublicensed, or transferred to other businesses

The licensor retains the right to terminate the license without conditions or prerequisites. This termination provision enables the licensor to maintain control over software distribution and usage.

4. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access to the GitHub repository, Flowboard360 cannot be refunded once access is granted to the codebase.

5. Disclaimer

It is not warranted that Flowboard360 will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. All express and implied warranties or conditions not stated in this Agreement (including without limitation, loss of profits, loss or corruption of data, business interruption or loss of contracts), so far as such exclusion or disclaimer is permitted under the applicable law are excluded and expressly disclaimed. This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Flowboard360 does not give any warranty, guarantee or other term as to the quality, fitness for purpose or otherwise of the software. Flowboard360 shall not be liable to you by reason of any representation (unless fraudulent), or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, for any loss of profit or any indirect, special or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims which arise out of or in connection with the provision of any goods or services by Flowboard360.

Flowboard360 shall not be liable or deemed to be in breach of contract by reason of any delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control. In the event that Flowboard360 is deemed liable to you for breach of this Agreement, you agree that Flowboard360's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the software.

7. Responsibilities

Flowboard360 is not responsible for how users implement or use the dashboard software with their Flowise chatbots or client management.

8. Early Adopter Pricing

The early adopter discount is provided to help early customers secure the current price. As we continue to improve Flowboard360 and expand our offerings, the regular price may increase.

9. General Terms and Law

You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Flowboard360 as a result of your use of these services. You agree not to hold yourself out as a representative, agent, or employee of Flowboard360. You agree that Flowboard360 will not be liable by reason of any representation, act, or omission to act by you.
